Watermelon: Why We Shouldn't Worry About The Peculiar Presence of H3O

Watermelon is over 90% water and provides your body with H302 and H20. This is essentially LIVING WATER Not only does it hydrate you, but provides a ton of vitamins and nutrients!

Watermelons were a sacred fruit to the ancient Egyptians, who cultivated them as early as 5,000 years ago. Evidence of watermelons in ancient Egypt includes: Paintings: Watermelons appear in ancient Egyptian paintings, including limestone reliefs and wall paintings in tombs. One painting in the tomb of Chnumhotep near Saqqara dates back to 2500 BCE. Another painting in a tomb in the city of Mayer depicts a large, oval, striped watermelon, which some believe is the first evidence of watermelon cultivation. Ancient Egyptians enjoyed watermelon as far back as 3,500 years ago. Wild watermelons are small and white. However, several pictures on the walls of ancient Egyptian tombs represent what appears to be watermelons, and in 1876 the leaves of the fruit were recovered from inside of a tomb that dated back 3,500 years. New Scientist DNA from mummy's tomb reveals ancient Egyptian origins — But one of the ancient Egyptian pictures shows what appears to be an elongated melon, so it seems farmers had bred watermelons with most if not all of the key features of modern melons at least 3500 years ago. The DNA also reveals that the ancient melon was closely related to a sweet watermelon with white flesh still grown in the Darfur region of Sudan. That suggests the watermelon was first grown by farmers in this region and the use of the plant then spread northwards along the Nile, with further improvements like red flesh occurring along the way. H: The Ancient History of Kemet— however one ancient egyptian burial has given archaeologists a terminus antique a dating chair meaning the latest possible date for an event to have occurred, in addition to wall paintings the seeds of the fruit have been recovered from a myriad of Kemetan burials including the famed King Tutankhamun. Paintings of watermelons (as well as actual watermelon seeds) have been discovered in Egyptian tombs built more than 4,000 years ago, including the tomb of King Tut. Early watermelons likely didn't have the popular red flesh we know today. They were paler with less flesh and more seeds.

H3O+ is the hydronium ion, which is a water molecule with an extra proton (H+) attached to it. This ion is formed when a proton is added to water, typically as a result of an acid dissociating in water. The hydronium ion, often written as H3O+, is a central concept in chemistry.H3O Hydration theorists say it provides long-lasting cellular hydration from within, to revitalize both your skin and body. even though this natural source for H3O called Watermelon combines ionic electrolytes to promote focus and energy it is about the balance of ions that makes it healthy.

Eating foods with a high water content may help give your body the water it needs to function properly. Since watermelon is mostly water, it can serve as a good choice for daily water intake. That water content also means this melon has a low calorie density — in other words, very few calories for its total weight. Eating foods with low calorie densities like watermelon may help with weight management by keeping you feeling full for longer.

If one were to eat a medium-sized wedge or slice of watermelon — a fruit with a high water content — let's say about 286 grams, the person would consume 262 grams of water. That is a good way to hydrate your body, but it is not twice as much water as an 8 ounce glass of water! So despite any erroneous claims otherwise nothing beats H2O for hydration. In fact too much H3O would be acidic and probably cause digestive problems so too much of a good thing is never a healthy way to live.

When an acid is added to water, protons from the acid molecules react with some of the water molecules. Since these water molecules now have an extra positive charge, they become positively charged ions (H3O+) and make the water acidic. Take the case of lemon water we all know lemon juice is acidic, with a pH of 3, while water has a pH of around 7, which is neutral. This means it is neither acidic nor alkaline. Some people may find that drinking a glass of lemon water can improve their acid reflux. For others, an acidic liquid, such as lemon water, could even make their symptoms worse, again it is about the balance.

It you live in a toxic environment then drinking a glass of lemon water once a day or Watermelon juice twice or three times daily is not a bad choice. To obtain the health benefits of drinking lemon water, experts recommend adding three-fourths of a cup of lemon juice to your water per day. A glass of lemon water first thing in the morning is an age-old remedy for many ailments but remember it is essentially a detoxifier.

Drinking too much lemon infused water can lead to erosion of tooth enamel, digestive problems, and blood pressure changes. Though it can be part of a healthy diet in moderation, individuals with certain medications or existing gastrointestinal issues should be aware of its possible effects.

Watermelon however is a fruit native to the hot desert of Africa called the Kalahari. In recent times, it has been widely cultivated in many tropical regions of the world and was brought to America by the enslaved peoples of Africa. It was grown in ancient Kemet centuries before the Arabs and Europeans arrived, in modern times it is grown by the Republic of Korea, the United States of America, Iran and Turkey.

One of the main reasons behind the cultivation of watermelons by the ancient Remji Nu Kemet ( meaning Land of the Black People) who originated the concept that the people and the land are one probably because both the land and the original people were dark black (called Egyptians by the Greeks who were allowed to enter Kemet's Schools as student scribes) was because of their high water content. They were a great source of water and hydration for people during the dry season, and was an ancient remedy for high blood pressure, which is not dissimilar at all to why we eat them today.

The scientific name of watermelon is Citrullus lanatus, and it belongs to the family Cucurbitaceae, to which vegetables like cucumber and pumpkin belong.17.6 ounces of fruit without rind contains 16 ounces of water. Watermelon averages about 92% water to 17.5 oz of watermelon by volume should give you approximately 16 oz of water and a little over an oz of sugar so of course this delicious fruit was greatly prized by the people of Kemet.

In fact, today we know that watermelons are rich in an amino acid called citrulline that helps move blood through the body and thus lower blood pressure. So our hearts really enjoy all the cooling off perks of eating watermelon. Perhaps the only difference is that today we might have other ways of cooling down and hydrating, but for the ancients the watermelon was crucial during the heat which made it a very sacred fruit that decorated and adorned the walls of its temples and tombs. It was offered to the gods as a gift symbolic of their appreciation and deep connection to nature. Watermelons were buried alongside pharaohs to accompany them on their journey to the next life and to keep on sustaining and nourishing them wherever they may go.
